Building this business feels like creating a masterpiece while blindfolded, with ADHD as my business partner who never stops making things interesting.

It is chaotic, creative, and full of surprises, but most of all, it is teaching me so much about myself.

ADHD is the kind of partner who keeps me on my toes.

It floods me with big ideas and wild possibilities at 2 a.m.

It pushes me into hyperfocus where I lose track of time, but it is also the one who insists I take breaks.
ADHD forces me to pay attention to my energy.
It makes me take care of myself because if I do not, nothing gets done.

This relationship is not always easy. ADHD challenges me constantly, and there are days when I feel stuck or second-guessing every move. But it is also the fire behind every bold step I take.

It is the creativity, the out-of-the-box thinking, and the drive that keeps this business alive and growing.

As an ADHD coach, I live this daily.

I am in the lab experimenting, learning, and watching this electric wave of change flow through the women I work with.

I see them breaking out of cages they did not even know were there.

It is incredible to watch them reconnect to the dreams they have been holding back and step into their light.

This work has also taught me that I cannot afford to listen to the fears of judgment or rejection.

If I let those fears call the shots, I will stunt my growth, the growth of this business, and the women I serve.

The work has to get done. No question.

It is also teaching me about detachment…letting go of needing outside validation and connecting to something bigger than myself.

It is about showing up, trusting the process, and staying in motion even when it feels messy!!!

This is not just a business. It is a movement.

It is women stepping into their power, turning their lights on, and creating an electric wave of possibility that keeps growing.
